There are three ways to raise an issue with the council:
- Contact the councillor with the responsibility that covers the area of concern. This can be done via any of the usual methods available on the relevant page of this website.
- Email to the Clerk to the Council (firstname.lastname@example.org) or write to – Buckerell Parish Council, c/o Clock House, Deer Park Farm, EX14 3QD.
- Attend a parish council meeting and raise the issue in Public Questions.
Agenda are required to be published 5 working days prior to a meeting, therefore matters for consideration must be submitted in good time. This is not required if you choose to attend the meeting in person and raise your issue in Public Questions.
Please note that the council will be unable to consider any issues raised anonymously.
